PluginXchange is an independent marketplace. We do not own, issue, or warrant plugin licenses, and we are not affiliated with iLok, PACE Anti-Piracy, PayPal, Apple, Google, or any plugin manufacturer. Sellers are responsible for confirming that the license they list is transferable under the manufacturer's current terms before listing it.
Marketplace terms
Sellers must own the licenses they list. Buyers complete payment through the platform. Payments collected at checkout are held by PluginXchange and released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt of the license transfer, or after a documented review by PluginXchange if a dispute is opened. PluginXchange deducts a marketplace fee (currently 7%) from each completed sale. Payment processing and PayPal payout fees may also apply.
Privacy
Personal data is processed only to operate the marketplace, including account management, payment processing, and transfer coordination. Files and serial numbers attached to a listing are kept private and only shared with the buyer after their payment has been captured.
Prohibited listings
Educational, NFR, subscription-only, bundle, cracked, pirated, and other non-transferable licenses may not be listed. Listings that misrepresent transferability are subject to removal and possible account suspension.
No guarantees
PluginXchange does not guarantee that any specific license transfer will succeed. The manufacturer's policy is final. Where a transfer cannot be completed, a refund may be issued under the dispute process.
