PluginXchange is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with plugin manufacturers, iLok, PACE Anti-Piracy, PayPal, Apple, or Google. Users are responsible for ensuring that listed licenses are legally transferable under the manufacturer's terms. PluginXchange does not guarantee transferability unless explicitly verified by the manufacturer.
Marketplace terms
Sellers must own the licenses they list. Buyers must complete payment through the platform. Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the license transfer. Disputes are reviewed by the PluginXchange operations team.
Privacy
Personal data is processed only to operate the marketplace, including identity verification, payment processing, and transfer coordination. Serial numbers and license proofs are encrypted at rest and revealed only to the verified buyer after payment is secured.
Prohibited listings
Educational, NFR, subscription, and certain bundle licenses may not be transferable. Listings that misrepresent transferability are subject to removal and possible account suspension.
