How it works

Five steps. Transparent at every stage.

PluginXchange holds the buyer's payment until the license transfer is confirmed. Both sides see the same status at every step.

  1. 01

    List your license

    Add plugin info, transfer method, screenshots, and price. Confirm transferability with the manufacturer.

  2. 02

    Buyer pays

    Checkout via PayPal, escrow held by PluginXchange. Funds do not go directly to the seller.

  3. 03

    Seller initiates transfer

    iLok, manufacturer account, serial, or support ticket, whichever method the listing requires.

  4. 04

    Buyer confirms receipt

    Once the license is active in the buyer's account, they mark the order complete. A dispute can be opened instead if something is wrong.

  5. 05

    Seller is paid out

    PluginXchange releases the seller payout minus the 7% marketplace fee.
